Information in compliance with personal data protection regulations.


Your personal data will be used for our relationship and to be able to provide you with our own services as a hotel. Said data is necessary to be able to relate to you and to provide you with accommodation, which allows us to use your personal information within the law. Likewise, they can also be used for other activities, such as sending you advertising or promoting our activities, in which case we will ask you for the corresponding consents.


Only the personnel of our entity that is duly authorized may have knowledge of the information that we request. Likewise, those entities that need to have access to it so that we can provide our services may have knowledge of your information. Likewise, those public or private entities to which we are obliged to provide your personal data in order to comply with any law will have knowledge of your information.


Our activity is obliged by the Citizen Security Law to keep a record of all the people who stay in our facilities, so it is possible that the State Security Forces and Bodies know the personal information that is generated on the occasion of our relation.


The transfer of your personal information outside the European Economic Area is not intended.


We will keep your data during our relationship and as long as we are required by law. Once the applicable legal deadlines have expired, we will proceed to eliminate them safely. In relation to the data included in the traveler register, ORDER INT/1922/2003, of July 3, on book-registration and parts of entry of travelers in hotel establishments and other similar establishments establishes, in section 5 of the Annex Second, that we must keep the record books for a period of three years, counting from the date of the last of the record sheets that comprise them.


You can contact us at any time to find out what information we have about you, rectify it if it is incorrect and delete it once our relationship has ended, if this is legally possible. You also have the right to request the transfer of your information to another entity (portability).
